On Target High Voltage Training

Welcome to On Target High Voltage Training, LLC. where our aim is to help HV substation electricians work smarter, safer, and more efficiently by understanding the process and reasoning behind all maintenance service tasks on HV substation equipment. The majority of HV electricians entering our industry, and even some seasoned electricians, do not have the training needed to work proficiently or safely. Some electricians execute maintenance procedures but are unable to troubleshoot due to lack of real knowledge of the equipment. We understand the needs of our fellow HV electricians, and having the experience teaching several generations of proficient and safe workers, allows us to share the skills needed to increase the efficiency of all HV electricians.
